Payments, Cancellations & Refunds
Payment is to be made at the time of placing the online order. All credit and debit card payments are made through Sagepay secure systems and no card details are taken or stored on this website at any time.
We accept the following cards:
- Visa Debit
We are sorry but we do not accept American Express. Please note: Battlefield Beers does not retain your card details.
Amending your order
At our warehouse, the normal working days are Monday – Saturday, 9am – 5pm. If your order is placed online and you wish to make an amendment, please call our depot on 01743 467163 as soon as possible during these times and we can make the necessary alterations providing your order has not been dispatched!
We aim to dispatch orders on the same day or the next working day. Please note we use APC whose normal working days are Monday – Friday.
You may cancel your order within 7 days of receipt of the goods.
All bottles and / or packaging must be unopened and in the same condition in which they were supplied.
If you wish to cancel your order and return the goods, you will be liable for the initial delivery cost and the return delivery cost to our warehouse.
Refunds for the goods will be issued within 28 days of them being received back into our warehouse.

Returns and Refunds
Goods must be checked on delivery and any damages or shortages must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
If the goods delivered are damaged or incorrect, please contact us on 01743 467163.
We will arrange for a replacement to be dispatched or we will offer you the opportunity of a full refund.
In either case, we will arrange for the original goods delivered and their packaging to be collected and returned to our warehouse.
All refunds will be made within 28 days of the notification.
