Delivery Details

LOCAL:

All local orders will be delivered free of charge by one of our own delivery vans.

If you live in one of the postcodes below you are local to our warehouse and will qualify for free delivery:

SY1 – 6, SY9 – 15, SY21 & 22, TF1 -13

If orders are for alcohol, the customer will need to ensure that all deliveries are taken by a person aged 18 years or over. Proof of age may be requested on delivery.

Once your order is placed online, an automatic email response is generated, letting you know that your order has reached us and this also confirms your order details. If there are any errors please contact us so that we can amend the order before despatch.

We will then call you, on the contact number you supply, to arrange a time window for delivery.

Standard delivery is next working day delivering Monday to Saturday inclusive, subject to stock availability.

Orders received after 12 noon on Saturday and on a Sunday will be delivered on the Monday.

If there are any unforeseeable delays to the dispatch of your order, we will email or contact you with a revised delivery date.

UK Delivery

Standard UK Mainland delivery is next working day via APC delivering Monday to Friday during normal business hours.

Delivery to the Highlands and Islands of Scotland, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Isles of Scilly are also next working day but will incur a surcharge on top of the standard delivery charge.

If your order is received by 12.00noon, we aim to despatch your order the same day subject to stock availability. Orders received over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday.

If despite all reasonable attempts, the courier has not been able to deliver your goods, we will contact you to discuss the options. In this situation, we will either credit you in full for the goods less the delivery charge, or re-despatch on your instruction where the re-delivery cost will be charged against your account.

We can track your order for you via our couriers so please call us on 01743 467163 and we will be happy to help. However alternatively, APC will have sent you an email containing a link to their website and this link will enable you to track your parcel directly.

Proof of Delivery

A signature is required on delivery for all orders.

 

Please note, it is very important to give accurate courier instructions to ensure prompt delivery. Battlefield Beers cannot be held liable for missed deliveries if incorrect information has been given by the customer.
