Luxardo Sambuca Maraschino follows the original recipe from 1821 and requires four years to produce. Marasca cherries are harvested and the solid components are then infused in larch wood. The product is distilled in small copper pot stills. Finally a combination of sugar and water is added before bottling. It is a clear sambuca, with a smooth but sharp taste and an intense aroma. 32% ABV.
